SVHC Declaration — D4/D5 Status
Declaration of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) status for the Nishka Alliance product portfolio. Per-product D4 (CAS 556-67-2) and D5 (CAS 541-02-6) status and quantification. Updated following EU REACH Candidate List revisions.
ISO 9001:2015 Certificate
Current ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certificate for the Nishka Alliance manufacturing facility — Vapi (Gujarat). Issued by accredited certification body.
RoHS Conformity Statement
Statement of conformity with RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU (Restriction of Hazardous Substances). Confirms absence of restricted substances — lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, PBB, PBDE — in Nishka cosmetic silicone products.

REGULATORY ALERT
D4/D5 cyclic silicone restrictions — EU and UK.
Cyclopentasiloxane (D5, CAS 541-02-6) and Cyclotetrasiloxane (D4, CAS 556-67-2) are SVHC-listed under EU REACH. D5 is restricted in wash-off cosmetics above 0.1% by weight in the EU and UK since 2020; leave-on cosmetic restrictions tightened in 2024. Nishka maintains per-product SVHC declarations with quantified D4/D5 content.
Nishka NISH PT103 (Propyl Trisiloxane) is a non-cyclic alternative to D5, developed for comparable volatility and SPF boost performance without cyclic silicone regulatory risk.
