NISHKA operates an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing facility in Vapi (Gujarat), India. The facility produces the complete range of speciality cosmetic silicones under a single quality management system, with documented batch records, in-process controls, and final release testing on every order.

Located in the GIDC Industrial Estate — one of India's established speciality chemicals manufacturing clusters. The Vapi facility is NISHKA's silicone manufacturing site, producing the complete portfolio across silicone fluids, sensory blends, elastomers, resin and film formers, phenyl silicones, alkyl-modified silicones, surfactants and emulsifiers, rheology modifiers, and speciality products.

Scale flexibility
From development quantities (10–50 kg pilot batches) through commercial production runs. Manufacturing quantities aligned with your commercial forecast at brief stage.
Controlled reaction environments
Temperature-controlled reaction vessels with documented manufacturing instructions governing each production parameter. Deviation from specification triggers investigation before the batch proceeds.
Packaging formats
Supplied in drums (200 kg), IBCs (1,000 kg), or bulk tanker depending on product and order volume. Labelling compliant with GHS/CLP requirements for international shipment.
Export capability
Exporting to 30+ countries. All export documentation — CoA, SDS, REACH compliance statement, SVHC declaration — prepared per destination market requirements. The facility is EXIM registered.
ISO 9001:2015 quality management
ISO 9001:2015 certified. Incoming raw material testing, in-process controls, and final batch release testing documented for every production batch. Certificate of Analysis issued per batch.
Custom manufacturing
Contract manufacturing for custom silicone formulations developed in partnership with brand or CMO clients. Manufacturing follows the same QA process as standard products.
