Co-founder of Nishka Alliance LLP, incorporated in October 2014. Navesh leads business development, international sales, and strategic partnerships — building Nishka's presence across UK, EU, Middle East, Southeast Asia, and India markets. His background spans speciality chemicals distribution and direct engagement with formulation teams at global personal care brands.

The conviction behind Nishka's founding — that Indian speciality chemistry could match global suppliers on both technical depth and reliability — came from years spent on both sides of the procurement table.

Gurmeet Singh Hoonjan

Designated Partner

Co-founder and technical director of Nishka Alliance LLP. Gurmeet oversees manufacturing operations at the Vapi facility, R&D activities, and quality management. His deep expertise in silicone polymer chemistry and cosmetic ingredient formulation underpins Nishka's product development process — from initial brief through pilot batch to production scale.

Every product in the Nishka portfolio reflects his approach: developed to specification, documented fully, and validated in application before being offered to formulators.
