Silicone surfactants are the most direct route to improved skin feel in body wash. NISH SG 100 and NISH SG 110 improve foam quality, reduce surfactant harshness, and leave a perceptible conditioning deposit on skin after rinse-off. Typical use levels are 0.5–2% in finished product. Sensory blends (NISH 1014 series) complement surfactant systems where the brief includes post-wash softness.

Most volatile and low-viscosity silicones rinse clean from skin. Silicone surfactants are designed for wash-off systems and formulated for complete rinsability. Higher-viscosity silicones above 1,000 cSt may leave a slight conditioning deposit — which is desirable in conditioning body wash formats. NISH SG 100 and SG 110 are specifically designed to deliver rinse-clean foam with a conditioning after-feel rather than a residual film.
